[R-sig-eco] ANOSIM pairwise test

Dear all

I am doing a comparison of forest types based on species compostion. I have
done a similarity matrix and then ran a ANOSIM, where I found significant
differences. Is there an R function to do pairwise comparisons, in order to
identify which of the groups are different?
