[R-sig-dyn-mod] How to combine stochastic modelling with seasonal forcing

Dear Vincent,

I have no working example for that and no experience how such a model 
can be implemented with simecol.

Unfortunately, package GillespieSSA seems to be orphaned:

http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/GillespieSSA

but as an alternative, there is also another package "adaptivetau":

http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/adaptivetau

Can someone else on this list help?
