[R-sig-Debian] GPG key for Debian repository

I found this finally while looking for a solution to another internet problem. It was the domain name server my ISP assigned to me. When I use Google's '8.8.8.8' domain name server, everything works with the GPG keyserver (and WNBA League Pass).
