[R-sig-Debian] Why is rstudio not in Ubuntu repo or PPA?

Thanks so much for your explanatory details JJ and for all of your
work. It is highly appreciated!
I wonder if Qt 5.6 will be in the default repos for 16.04. That make a
nice time for things to come together.
