[R-sig-Debian] R3.2.1: tools::testInstalledBasic("both") fails since no tests are installed by default. Confirmed?

I see no time pressure - I am just using this feature as smoke test
after the installation.

I guess building from source performs a lot more tests (doesn't it ;-)?
