[R-sig-Debian] debian testing CRAN repositories

Hi Luca,

jessie is not supported by option 3). I plan to do so starting from the first 
official R release after jessie is frozen (scheduled for November 2014). Also, 
option 3) only contains the recommended packages plus a very few additional 
ones (see the README).
