[R-sig-Debian] Cannot install XML package with R 3.0 and Ubuntu 12.04

John,

In about two hours (around 6:30 EDT), r-cran-xml should be available on 
c2d4u, my bigger PPA of R packages.  Here is the link: 
https://launchpad.net/~marutter/+archive/c2d4u.

For some reason, xml was one of the packages that didn't get updated in 
in the move to R 3.0. I have updated the new packages and they will take 
about two hours to build.
