Christian,

I can verify on my ubuntu box that running hardy that tcltk is not 
configured.

 > capabilities("tcltk")
tcltk
FALSE

Not sure why, but it appears to be a problem on our end with the hardy 
build, since my ubuntu box with lucid has tcltk enabled.  Still looking 
into the problem.
