[R-sig-Debian] Creating shortcut in GNOME menu for JGR

Hi,
I install JGR via:

deb http://debian.cran.r-project.org/cran2deb/debian-amd64 testing/

And I am curious if there's a way to create a menu shortcut in GNOME 
that can automatically launch JGR?
