[R-sig-Debian] No internet connection

Obgos,

For some reason your computer (or perhaps just the terminal) does not 
have have access to the internet.  This is not an R related issue, but a 
hardware or Ubuntu related one.

I suggest you speak to your system administrator or visit the Ubuntu 
forums for help.  R-sig-Debian is only for R related issues.
