[R-sig-Debian] etch AMD64 debs missing

Hi Robert,

I managed to accidentally remove these files from the repository... I am
just restoring them. They will be back on cran.r-project.org tomorrow,
and propagate from there.

If you want them now, use

deb http://chem.uft.uni-bremen.de/r-cran etch-cran/
