I am running R 2.3.0 on Windows 2000 connecting to MSSQL 8 via RODBC. When I try to execute a stored procedure via sqlQuery it returns no data. Regular queries work fine and the same query returns the desired results when pasted into the SQL query analyzer. Is it possible to execute a stored procedure?
