[R-sig-DB] RMySQL and RmSQL

Hi,

 

I'd like to try the RMySQL or RmSQL packages, but they are not to be
found via the "Install package(s) from CRAN" menu.

I found the sources for these packages on the CRAN web page;
unfortunately I do not know how to install a package using its source.

Can you please advise me on how to get one of these?
