[R-pkgs] New package 'rsf' for generating a report of statistical findings

A new package ‘rsf' has been released to CRAN:

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rsf/index.html

This package is meant to be used in conjunction with RStudio, as it adds a new project template to the New Project menu interface.
A skeleton project is generated with files used for the ‘bookdown’ format.
The next release will focus on refactoring the package to use ‘ymlthis’ as a new core dependency.
