[R-pkgs] dbparser: 'DrugBank' Database XML Parser

Hello,
Kindly find this new package for parsing the 'DrugBank' XML database <http://drugbank.ca/>. The parsed data are then returned in a proper 'R' dataframe with the ability to save them in a given database.
