[R-pkgs] 📦 huxtable 1.0.0 on CRAN

Dear R users,

I'm pleased to announce that huxtable version 1.0.0 will be on CRAN
shortly.

Huxtable is an R package to create LaTeX and HTML tables, with a friendly,
modern interface.

Version 1.0.0 includes several improvements:
* variable border widths in LaTeX
* colour display on-screen with `crayon` package (works in terminal or
recent daily RStudio)
* move to officer from ReporteRs for Word/PowerPoint export: no more RJava
