[R-pkg-devel] Why all OK but fail to the incoming checks automatically ?

I encountered an issue when submitting my R package: the incoming checks did not report any errors, warnings, or notes, but the submission still did not pass the incoming checks. Here is the email I received from ligges using statistik.tu-dortmund.de:
