[R-pkg-devel] Slowdown running examples since 4.2 on Windows

Performance changes on that scale really ought to be either documented as
expected behaviour, or treated as a bug (either in WinBuilder's job
scheduling or R 4.2).  I noticed some large variability in
WinBulder elapsed times last time I submitted a package update so there are
probably some capacity constraints in it driving this behaviour.
