I did some web searching. "Xiang Lyu Purdue" doesn't turn up anything
current/useful, but there appears to be someone with the same name in
the Biostats PhD program at Berkeley

, who *might* be the same person. You could politely e-mail them and
ask. (This is the detective work that Jeff Newmiller is talking about.)
You could also try to track down the co-authors of the package (you
can find their institutional affiliations from the papers associated
with the package).
