[R-pkg-devel] CRAN incoming submissions and winbuilder downtime Mar 19 - Mar 20

Dear package developers,

the CRAN incoming submission webform will be down on Mar 19 from 8:30 am 
CET for roughly an hour. Reason: maintainance work in Vienna.

CRAN incoming checks and the winbuilder services will be offline Mar 19, 
4pm CET to Mar 20, 6pm CET. Submissions will be possible, but not being 
processed in this time. reason: maintainance at the electrical power 
infrastructure in Dortmund.
