[R-pkg-devel] Warnings from gdal

Thanks.  What has made it really difficult is that devtools::check() runs fine on my Mac,  I installed Fedora on a virtual machine on my Mac,  devtools::check() also runs fine,  so it makes it really difficult to pin down things because I can't get into a debugger to see why CRAN is throwing errors, or more importantly if steps I have taken to correct the errors are working.  When I can't reproduce the warning it makes it very difficult.
