[R-pkg-devel] MiKTex v. TeX Live?

Dear Spencer,

I assume you are using R **3**.6.2.

Consider TinyTeX (https://yihui.org/tinytex/). I found that working fairly
easy on Windows machines, even by users without admin privileges.
