Dear developers,

CRAN auto checks and winbuilder will be down from Feb 22, 3.30 pm CET to 
Feb 24, 4pm CET. Submission to CRAN will still be possible.

This will be caused by scheduled network maintainance work in our 
building in Dortmund.
