Hi Rhys,
the notes are quite clear: your examples are running too long. That's
easily avoided by using smaller data or limiting the amount of
non-necessary operations in the examples. For the rest is looks OK to me.
Best thing you can do now is fix the examples so they don't run as long,
and resubmit. As explained in the CRAN policies, you can use the webform
again and add a note in the optional comment field explaining how you
solved the issue. If the examples are already minimal, mail to the CRAN
team ( CRAN-submissions using R-project.org ) and explain why it is not possible
to cut down in the runtime of the examples. But imho you better do the
effort of cutting the examples down a bit.
