[R-pkg-devel] Tests for RSAP fail due to dependence on 3rd party library

Hi -

A recent upload of package RSAP_0.12.tar.gz has failed due to a dependency
on the SAP NW RFC SDK libraries.  Unfortunately  these 3rd party libraries
are not available for bundling from SAP so an automated test build is not
possible.  Previously the flags --install=no have been set on this package
as indicated here

architecture types - is it possible to get these settings updated for the
remaining types of r-release-windows-ix86+x86_64, r-release-osx-x86_64,
and r-oldrel-osx-x86_64 to suppress these errors (
