It is not. I could do that if you tell me which version I need.

See WRE, in the DESCRIPTION file you can specify:
OS_type: unix
would make it non-Windows and vice versa.

Be careful to get licenses and copyright information right if you
include thirs party sources.

You can only have one version of the package sources on CRAN.
