I am currently working with the package JGL.
I tried to run JGL function "JGL(Y,penalty="fused",...)" over my data, but
there is the following error which makes it stop:

"Error in while ((iter==0)|| (iter < maxiter && diff_value>tol))
missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed. "

Any special idea for fixing such error?
