I just start to learn how analise microarray data by bioconductor. I use ragene.1.1.st.v1.v1 from affymetrix. I try to find some info in internet, but your example was the most useful for me . Now I done exacly this same witch tou descirbe and I got results file. I would like to thank you for your help.
