[R] R User Groups in Canada?

Sadly, OGRUG has been dormant for a long time. The two of us (Joseph Potvin and I) couldn't
get anyone to step up and talk about what they were doing.

We'll be glad to hand over the reins (there was an R mailing list, and I think it still works)
if anyone has energy.
