[R] R session dies on lattice::show.settings()

A nonstandard install of a 3 year old R version? You may have to talk to the anaconda people rather than here.

On the face of it, it is looking for something in the MKL libraries, so maybe they linked against it and forgot to list a dependency? 
If so, maybe install something something mkl something....
