[R] call: file.exists("~/.Rtk2theme") error: file name conversion problem -- name too long?

I'm trying to study with r-commander but for a few days now I've been
getting this error.

  call: file.exists("~/.Rtk2theme")
  error: file name conversion problem -- name too long?



I have uninstalled, deleted, reinstalled several times and always the same
error. can anybody help me?
i'm work under R version 4.3.2
