[R] For gbm users

Hi all,

The package `spm` has been updated last week, with a bug fixed for the
function `gbmcv` that can now be used for 0/1 data. Consequently, the
functions such as `stepgbm` in the package `stepgbm` can also be used for
1/0 data.
