[R] Help needed with data visualization in R

 Thank you very much, for your time and response! 
This did resolve my issue and I apologize if the question was a little too straightforward - I did try to create bubble plots in excel but that did not work, hence, I asked here since it is more of a diagram and less of a plot. Thank you very much for your time and help!
