[R] Problem launching Rcmdr

I'm glad that the Rcmdr is now working normally for you -- thanks for letting me know.

Since no one else has reported a similar problem under R 3.6.2, I suspect that your installation was somehow broken or strangely configured. I guess that we'll never know what the source of the problem was.
