Wow!  Great!  Someone took the time to test the 
mirror list!

As we can see in this report, many of the mirrors 
are quite old compared to the openbsd mirrors in 
the spacehopper report ...  how this relates to 
the xenial-cran40 directory specifically, I do not 
know.  Only you can find it here too
