You can try installing the mcmc package first:

https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/mcmc/index.html
https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/mcmc/

I've used mcmc_0.9-5 with MCMCpack_1.4-3 under R version 3.3.3.
