[R] CRAN I-MR / Xbar-R / Xbar-S control chart package ?

Interesting, thanks for that.  I came accross qcc but my quick scan of
the docs is that it only did xbars but maybe I need to re-read the
docs, I guess it does the individual plot versions (I-MR) too.
