This can hardly make any difference.

install.packages(c('repr', 'IRdisplay', 'evaluate', 'crayon',
'pbdZMQ', 'devtools', 'uuid', 'digest'))

is fine.

Why?

Attaching all these packages is not needed. The githubinstall package
is not needed at all.

Also not needed, as githubinstall is not needed.

Maybe something like this is needed if you are behind a firewall, I
don't know. But none of that is generally needed.
