[R] renameSeqlevels

Rsamtools and GenomicAlignments are Bioconductor packages so ask on the
Bioconductor support site
https://support.bioconductor.org
You cannot rename the seqlevels in the bam file; you could rename the
seqlevels in the object(s) you have created from the bam file.
