[R] Problems when trying to install and load package "rzmq"

After connecting to a mirror, I typed the following command:

install.packages("rzqm")

but I received the following message:

ERROR: compilation failed for package 'rzmq'

removing 'E:/Documents/R/win-library/3.3/rzmq'

package which is only available in source form, and may need compilation of
C/C++/Fortran: 'rzmq'
These will not be installed

The computer environment is Windows 8 64x bits
