[R] remove rows based on row mean

Hi Adrian,
Try this:

sm$rowmeans<-rowMeans(sm[,2:length(sm)])
sm<-sm[order(sm$Gene,sm$rowmeans,decreasing=TRUE),]
sm[-which(duplicated(sm$Gene)),]
