[R] Can not load Rcmdr

I have a similar issue with tcl.

I am using R on a Linux server.  Rcmdr installed OK, but it won't run:

This is kind of frustrating because I don't have admin privileges to install
Rstudio on this server, either.  

I guess it's time to use Emacs.
