[R] Error when compiling R-2.5.1 / *** [d-p-q-r-tests.Rout] Fehler 1

Dear Martin,
thanks for the advice, I'll check out Bioconductor.
Meanwhile I reinstalled Ubuntu, this time as 64-bit and the error is gone :
)
