[R] Multistratum blocking in AlgDesign

Hi all,

I need to design an experiment very similar to the design described in
the AlgDesign vignette on page 44.  When I run the code on the vignette,
I get the following error:

  All variables seem to be block variables

that was helpful.

Any help would be appreciated.
