[R] Daylight Saving Time

Thanks Jeff Newmiller, it is working now.

I would like to know, the same kind of configuration can be done in Linux
and Solaris platform.

Instead of R is mapping to operating system(/usr/share/. /usr/share/lib/)
zoneinfo directory.
