[R] can we add raw data to data frame

I think R is doing exactly what you told it to do. Since you don't seem to be satisfied, perhaps you need to explain what it is you want by giving us an example of what you think you should end up with. You may have tried to do so, but you failed to read and follow the Posting Guide (which warns you not to use HTML email) so we don't know what you intended to communicate.

BTW I don't know why you are using the word "model" to describe a length 2 numeric vector.
