[R] Split a string vector with '[ ]'

You could probably use lookahead and lookbehind Perl regular
expressions, but this might be easier:

readLines(textConnection(gsub("\\]\\[", "]\n[", nw.str)))

This just inserts a newline between each pair of brackets, and then
reads the resulting string.
