[R] Version 1.3.3 of apcluster package (+ Rcpp compatibility issue)

Dear colleagues,

This is to inform you that Version 1.3.3 of the R package *apcluster* 
has been released on CRAN last weekend. This update does not add or 
remove any functionality, its goal is to clear up some dependencies and 
to adapt to version 0.11.0 of the Rcpp package. Please note that, if you 
upgrade Rcpp to 0.11.0, you will have to re-install apcluster - no 
matter which version of apcluster you are using. In this case, we advise 
you to upgrade apcluster to version 1.3.3 for maximum compatibility with 
Rcpp 0.11.0.
