[R] Unable to install rqpd

How did you try to install the package?
What happens when you try?
What operating system are you using?
What version of R are you using?

Did you try Google, and read any of the other discussions of how to
install rqpd?
Did you read the posting guide (linked at bottom of this and every
message) and provide the necessary background information?
