[R] trying to compile R in win 7 (with Rtools)

Hi Cleber
  It cant find /tmp which does not exist on standard win32 mount system.
  Are you sure you dont have to call the "make all..." from the cygwin 
bash ("cygwin terminal") and not the "msdos" pseudo terminal ?
